RE:div hike?In a rising rate environment with a possible recession coming it would be imprudent to increase the distribution. IMO, they should be maintaining occupancy and cash flow. The current high yield is not being rewarded by the market and a distribution boost would only increase the risk profile.

HR and FCR have faltered after their boosts and all boards are likely aware.
