Tariff Proof

Tariff ProofI am bewildered that investors are not recognizing that some issuers are relatively free from the uncertainty regarding tariffs. With the scarcity of grocery anchored development and the improving metrics, this appears to be an opportunity to add on weakness. Surely the U.S. produces enough food to keep the stores stocked and viable to pay their rent. Necessity type businesses fill the other spaces without worrying about online shopping. As a topper, the distribution (9%) is paid in U.S.$s.
