I think SGY’s May 6th release was stronger than the market seems to realize. They spent less, produced more, and gave off real cash with WTI only averaging US$72 in the quarter. Production came in at

I get that you want lower debt but the numbers don’t back the idea that SGY needs to freeze buybacks until net debt hits $175M. Net debt already dropped from $246M to $213M, and the $250M credit line

My only gripe is Net Debt...they need to get that to $175M which was their final debt target...dont do buybacks until you get to that final debt target

The one can say, Oil and gas wealth  are strategic and as of national importance, and it would be protected. It was not easy living back then and ivesting into Canadian natural resrouces.
