RE:RE:Eric Nuttal talks about Surge at the 34:50 markSurge has been a big market laggard, so Nuttall is right as people gravitate to the bigger names right now.  

Unfortunately, management doesn't seem to be interested in being acquired likely due to the cushy jobs they have.
