-14 % for SIA since the date of this post, vs -7% for CSH and - 2.5% for EXE I still don't like the capital management strategy of SIA with no regard to shareholders value, but at these price ...more

You seem to have a hard on for CSH.. just a raw look on Yahoo finance and they have 2B in debt with 20M cash on hand with a debt to equity ratio of 192% and a Payout ratio of 791%.  I dont have ...more

They give dividends to tempted people to buy their flow through shares. How can it be profitable to give money out there when you have creditors ? The only way would be to sell flowthrough shares ...more

If they didn't cut dividends all through covid when they weren't accepting new occupancy for ~2years i highly doubt they will cut divs now when they are growing and bringing debt ratios down.& ...more

They will have no other choices but to dilute if they keep throwing out dividends. They are in debt, and the decrease of 2% in debt was because of flow through shares and refinancing.
