They did have an increase in occupancy, but this increase is topped out over 95% occupancy.
Correct me if i'm wrong. How are they going to increase their occupancy for revenue increase ?
Relying on governement funding is NOT a good strategy. More true when new governement is coming. But for now, they do have this backup.
General costs (care, bricks and mortar,etc...) will keep increasing.
They will need more then what they have currently.
They paid off their debt in 2024 mainly from equity financing, wich is dilution...(Hence why they have this ''drip'' in place in my opinion...)
I'm not trying to mislead anyone. This is all public knowledge.
What i don't know, is who the hell is giving them 150$m unsecured debt...?
