When to Buy?
Because this is probably to only fund that pays out only the income after expenses with no return of capital, it is able to retain its' NAV long term. Short term the reduced distributions from the O&G sector hurt, but I would argue that this is a good time to be buying if you believe that O&G will recover eventually. The imbedded leverage should be positive long term. YTD chart is showing an up channel which should bode well if one can buy at the bottom of the channel. A good balance of cyclical and non-cyclical holdings with a low MER.
