Q2 (cont)
Year over year Q2 NOI income was up. Even with less properties due to dispositions.
The YoY (Q2/Q1 was up) FFO/AFFO decline is due to higher interest costs. Their properties are doing well.

I'm really seeing this across the REIT sector. All the REITs I've looked at are posting pretty nice results.
