RE:RE:RE:Everyone should Listen to the callFreezerburn, in mu opinion any legal action against SPB could result in BAM  obtaining Superior for next to nothing, As you well know in liquidation the preferred shares get paid first and what's left over would be distributed to the owners of the common shares, which would be what's left after the cost of millions of protracted legat proceedings. As you recall Brookfield owns $350 million's worth of converible preferred shares in the US section of SPB. . I am not certain but I think that it means they would come under American laws. Tp me it would be foolhardy to get incolved in a class action suit.
