That is the question. Are managment dolts who stumbledon making an aquistion just before gold jumped from 1800-3300. Then it is a steal. Or are they shady, and link up with these intercompany transactions that are going to S shareholders. This is the question.
Anyone who can crunch numbers can see the financial metrics make this a steal. On the otherhand these intercompany loans where they loan money out to a connected party, while at the same time they have have oustanding debt where they pay bigtime interest. Seems shady as you can get. Just don't know. Would love to increase my position, but......
