Well at least at one time  in his life Guilbault was on the right.  Most civil servants would be excluded from working in positions of trust (i.e. access to cabinet info) if they had prior convictions . It is disgusting to watch Trudeau downgrade the integrity of our government just like Trump,did in the USA .
