The latest refugee numbers out of The Ukraine indicated that 4% of the population has already left the country.   Most of these are women and children which will have significant impacts in the future - particularly if the men left behind are killed by the Russians.

Firstworld, I totally disagree that oil will collapse if RU gas supply is stopped. However, your take on the history in the Ukraine seems to hold some truth to it, and the west's past actions and involvement there have had a lot to blame for the situation we are in. I must first say that my grandparents were Ukranian, and fled from the Russians to homestead in Alberta almost a hundred years
