Did Biden take out the Nordstream pipelines?

I always take Tucker Carlson with a big grain of salt, as I do those on each far side of the spectrum.

However, he points out and recalls quite clearly Biden's recent threats and others of his admin that they would take out the pipeline if Russia invaded Ukraine.

Seems to be no denial from the Whitehouse, just a deflection.

The thought crossed my mind when I first read about the sabotage. It pretty much needs to be government sponsored given amount of explosives used and the logistics required.  So this pretty much limits it to Russia, China, the US, the UK, Germany, France, Sweden and Norway. The problem in my mind is that there are clear reasons why it could backfire on any of them if they did it alone. When

The reports I have heard go back and forth.....Tucker alleges there is NG being leaked into the Batlic Sea.  But some of the US reps are saying no, it was never on line.  But they are also deflecting blame. So is it or isn't it?
