It's not just gold and silver but oil stocks as well. I watch silver and oil on my cfd trading account and when both spike silver and oil stocks usually do the opposite.

SVM will break $4.30 CAD
And then fall to the low $3's. It'll stay there while insiders strip out their piece of flesh. If SVM becomes anything, it'll be in 24mo or more. and only if there is a good assay.
