The company has full funds for cu gold project in Equador, They have not even priced these bonds. Market is over reacting.

I have never seen debentures be anything but bad for shareholders. I've seen it many times over the last 30 years, and it was always a disaster for shareholders. Always.

The convertible debentures can be an advantageous way for the company to raise money at a lower interest rate. If the money is used wisely iand the company grows any dilusion affect on conversion to ...more
