Imo, the stock price went up too quickly and there needs to be some consolidation before the next leg up.

Dividend is .035. It is dropping so much that holders are not thinking of dividend. It will rebound it is a great deal at these prices!

Good points , positive and yet realistic ! For my part I would rather see shares repurchase or debt reduction vs a dividend increase! In any case SXP is cheap and well positioned.
