Buybacks are not wise for Sylogist as the Trudeau Government will soon impose a "2% Buyback Tax" starting January 1, 2024.

If Sylogist gets rid of dividends, the share price will be substantially lower as investors will lose an incentive to invest in that company.

As Navajojoe said was imminent and anyone that did more than look at Yahoo Finance would have known needed to happen for years, quarterly dividend is now $.01 down from $.125.

I don't think Sylogist will get rid of their dividend as the company is still making a large profit in spite the low share price. Get rid of the divident, and they'll hurt the stock even
