I believe we have established thanks to Jonnyboy,  Appropriate vaule at this time is .73c and warrant at .05c making a total of .78c Hopefully this ammendment on their financial status will bring us around that range. We all know this company is extremely undervalued at this moment, and it is only a matter of time before it corrects to a more apporpriate price. anywhere in the .70s before

Exactly.  Need more time and more "prove to me" NR and reporting.  I mean really they had 2 extra days to file to calculate the warrants and they screwed it up.   If they expect the institutional investors to buy in they cant be making these types of mistakes.   Tripp needs to close the Offering, provide some real guidance and move on.  No more

well stated Lithlover, you delay results then come out with adjustments, doesn't look very professional to institutional investors. The hype of Q3 was a couple days ago people saw and moved on.

Just an ammendment to your post, the 0.73 applies as an appropriate valuation because the shares in the offering are obviously the same as the shares on the open market, but the warrants don't because they have different terms than the warrants that are available on the market now.
