Pre split low’s

Seems like the reverse split has really achieved nothing, we are currently at the low prior to the split, let's all remember this when they want to do another one.

Also for clarification I have bought another bunch of shares as well today, but If management wants to raise the Share Price let's do it on merit of the products we have and management's ability to produce not on the backs of current shareholders.

The largest shareholder is now Health Clinics. I can't see them wanting a r/s given their acquisition was all in shares.  The same for wanting more dilution through additional rounds of financing.  You would think the best scenario for them is to help drive revenue to improve the share price or failing that to garner enouih interest to obtain a buyout so they receive the $2 a share ...more

LithLover, you are 100% correct. When you reach a point where the administrators doesn't have full control of the company or don't have the support from the majority of shareholders, there's no way a Reverse-Split will happen. Also with time, major shareholders will want to have more of their administrator to represent them to ensure no such decision isn't even considered. The CEO ...more

why whats wrong with another reverse split? Why would health clinics care? Doesnt a reverse split just make the company stronger and "less manipuation" possible on the price? Why would they care if its for the better of the company? Thats the load of BS we got from the pumper patrol last time so why not this time as well. This stock will continue to fall until is 8 cents all over ...more

Good call LL, maybe Richard could convince James of the value of communication. Maybe even light a fire under his derriere. Sent an email (non rude variety) to Rebecca 5 biz days ago asking about Aristotel sales, needless to say crickets.

No, actually ballpark would have been fine. I know I am not following the Stage retail shareholder narrative so that upsets the "old timers". But as we used to say in Cape Breton they can all take a long suck of my ar... I do like Jack. [/quote]

only 1 green day (by 0.5 cents) in the last 16 trading days.  "They will not reveal Aristotle test numbers before Q4 is made public... Period."  WHY!!?? Give all of us an update! And they didnt even give us a clue on Q3, so if we dont ask what makes you think that they will at Q4? They'll just bundle it with COVID again to keep us guessing.

something that could be said is for example "in the early stages of our consultations appointments, we are receiving very good feedback and whatever percentage is following through with our tests, but again cautionary statement we are very early in this process" that would give us something without divulging to much info, and I'm sure it's not proprietary info. Besides James has ...more

Actually the reverse-split did help the recent acquisition.....it's more apealing a stock with less shares than one that is very diluted! Most common mistake is looking at shareprice as a way to determine if a company is doing well or not. Look at most stock whos share have lost many % since a few months but if you look at the fundamental of the company, there's not significant ...more

No shyt...some folks here wanted another 2:1 to happen just a few months ago stating that management knows best. I'm sure we'd be at the exact same price...worth 50% less.
