Know the cost to put out press releases? I've read somewhere before TMX charges thousands, can anyone confirm this?

The best I can find is about $3000 per NR you add these two NR and the two from the canceled special meeting that is $12,000 spent unnecessarily, put that into perspective that's 133,000 shares plus warrants needing to go to GEM for absolutely nothing, that is the dilution I'm not OK with. here is the fee schedule from tmx https://www.tsx.com/trading/toronto-stock-exchange/fee
