That's true but that doesn't mean they're not and could be doing it while your sleeping at the wheel. Nothing is edged in stone and they have appoved the right to buy back 45 million plus

You might be correct but I read "The NCIB allows TAL to purchase up to 45,776,656 common shares on the open market" "and limited to 163,942 common shares per day on the open market"

TOTALLY INCORRECT about TAL "buying 48 million shares on the open market"...This wording is from their latest NCIB and the key words are "up to" . History over the last few years
