#1 reason might be the fact there are 915 million TAL shares out there. Yesterday I received my notice int he mail to vote on the "Annual And Special Meeting" to be held on June 19th.  ...more

So what would be causing a reverse split? The share price hasn't been higher than 81 cents so what's the problem with a 59 cent share.

So here comes the split.   Either 6 shares to one or as high as 10 to one. It might be somewhere in between.  Still needs a vote but it was inevitable like I mentioned on April 23rd ...more
