Disruptions?

Has anyone heard of the locals followed through on their threat to disrupt operations this week? I noticed that TAL made all the community enhancement funds contingent on no local disruptions which seems like a practical and intelligent way to make it a win/win and gain community support.

The threat to illegally take over Bretana Lot 95 is now planned for Februay 28th. See notice below. The reasoning supposedly is because 4 indigenous people died during the unlawful assemblage at PetroTal's work site. They claim that their people were murdered and the crimes should have been investigated by now. They do not seem to ackowledge any wrong doing on the part of those who tried to

Ughh, that's a tough situation, hopefully a peaceful solution can be found- death is a legitimate grievance and I'd guess there are very different opinions on the reasons. A fair and timely investigation does seem reasonable. I think I saw in the 2022 guidance they budgeted for security and hopefully the government will get involved and be present on the 28th.
