Without reading for an hour could someone please tell me if this company's got a lot of debt. I understand they've got a few shares but if they've got a lot of debt it'll definitely turn me off . Anyways thanks I'd appreciate it !

80 million bond. Set to be repaid by q4 with buybacks/dividend paid out upon repayment. Can't reduce the share count until debt is repaid due to covenants but potentially 10-25% buyback coming depending on NCIB or scib.

Do you think that $80 million is a lot of debt? Last quarter Q1 2022, TAL made 64.5 million net income. Production in Q1 was for 67 days and came in at 1,020,000 barrels. Production in Q2 to the 29th of May totals 831,136 barrels. ratail price of those barrels is materially higher. As of the 31  of May Brent was trading at $122.34.Barrel. I agree the 80 million is not material. Already cash positive. Oil can fluctuate, and there are geopolitical risks here (I think often overblown with Peru), but this really looks like a slam dunk. My opinion the real leg up comes in q4 or q1 next year when debt repayment is announced in conjunction with dividend being established. I will continue to add over the next year!
