Parcheg - I'm not a fan of equalization payments that often feel very lopsided but at the end of the day, someone needs to make the poutine. Seriously though, I don't care so much because we need Quebec's deepwater ports for shipping containers. If they separated, it would just create a bunch of bogus importation charges and we'd lose even more. Their hydroelectricity is a godsend
