It's really gone backward with average daily volume in the last month.  So much for replacing our tiny spigot with something bigger to make it more attractive to traders or larger investors. As per RBC direct investing 5 k shares were traded in Toronto, I don't think I have seen such low volume ever in almost a decade.

Honestly, it would seem intensifying lack of interest in TH is impossible given the two big opportunities they have, the backdrop of a huge bull market and the hiring of a seemingly competent IR person. But every day it is staring us all in the face, so it clearly is happening. If I were the CEO and/or the board and saw all that had happened, I would be very, very alarmed.

What if you weren't the CEO, but just a significant investor that owned a substantial percentage of the company ... and the value of your investment impacted numerous clients'  lives in a very significant way ... then you wouldn't be so alarmed?     -LT

As an indicator, there's a good and a bad.  Whichever direction the next most significant value-influencing information is, the lack of volume will exaggerate it.  Lack of volume means no one is really too interested in buying or selling around these levels and is waiting for information, either global macro or company specific, to get them to put an order on either side.  So if

If they do the modified dose escalation they keep dosing the first patient to get the MTD and then use a dosage below that and move on with classic 3+3. The advantage of that more patients won't be dosed unnecessarily and it will speed up the trial. As per agencies guidelines for NASH for instance FDA's guidelines were last updated in 2018. One has to wonder what was the understanding or

If TH has not been dosing additional patients by now, I think that would be a material matter that would need to be disclosed. Since it has not been disclosed, I suspect the chances that the trial is moving forward as expected, or close to expectations at least, are pretty high.
