Some of the 13-f filings are starting to come in but I am not seeing selling everywhere. It is also worth noting that this is for holdings as of 9/30 and has nothing to do with the selling seen this week. The only notable seller I see on Bloomberg in the third quarter was AIGH which reduced its stake by about 553,000 shares and still owned over 3 million shares at 9/30. I recognize a bunch of those that fell off the register and have been reported over the year (like Cambridge, Arrowstreet, Citadel and Renaissance). THTX is unfortunately a good sell for two reasons - the newbies all made 50% and have warrants for free so they sell to lock it in. For oldies, it's a rare loss in a bull market to shield your numerous gains this year. They can ...more
