I do recall in the papers on sortilin, they also said higher levels were associated with dementia/alzheimers, this CAD, and as few other diseases. As to how much is "higher" and how that compares to what a solid tumor creates, I don't know. They may end up finding there's certain baseline characteristics that lower the efficacy or have side effects more. It seems a lot of
