Meetings with large shareholders
TH has yet to finally confirm these meetings, which is understandable given the covid situation. So, it is possible, maybe even likely given the situation with the virus right now, that the meetings will not even happen. Even so, if TH was planning to announce something favorable before these meetings, that should still happen. But if something they hoped might happen actually fell through, canceling the meetings due to covid gives them an easy way out. Perhaps they would try to set up a Zoom meeting with these shareholders if they decided they could not chance it to be there in person.
I suspect if they put up a new corprate presentation that is effectively just updating dates and financials, then we can conclude there is no meaningful announcement at hand. So far, however, there is no new corporate presentation, so it still seems like something is up and they are waiting to be able to share it with us publicaly before putting up a new presentation.

Using Covid to cancell a Meeting in person is not a valid reason based on current regulations and borders are open I doubt that a private closed door meeting would be held on zoom which could allow participants to record the meeting (audio and video) ....I thought the meeetomg was confirmed

These two shareholders are financial advisors with retail clients in their local area for whom they hold TH. They are inviting those clients to come hear what TH has to say as they have done in the past. They rented a sizable room at a local hotel for the presentation so they can be socially distanced.

This is different than what I thought,,,Unless those retail shareholders are really large it seems that lmost posters here would probably meet the major shareholder criteria so the agenda of the Meeting will probably be just a Corporate Presentation with maybe the smile o meter going higher than usual

For many of those shareholders, they probably are of an somewhat equal size in their holdings as most here. The difference is they are all organized under a financial advisor who represents their interests to the company. So, these are two large blocks of shares.
