"This is Theratechnologies’ first-in-human study of TH1902, its investigational lead peptide drug conjugate (“PDC”) linked to docetaxel for the treatment of sortilin-expressing cancers."

So they clearly state a study for "sortilin-expressing cancers" ......., but there are no tools/procedures to measure that?????

Ideally, they would have some pre-screening method for sortilin overexpression. Perhaps they will in later trials. I would certainly like to know if my cousin's cancer is overexpressing sortilin as she may be wasting her time if she gets on the trial and she doesn't appear to me to have a lot of time left to waste. Still, they do know there is a high probability the tumors they are testing ...more
