Thera never learns its lesson 12 years ago!

When Tesamorelin (commercial name Egrifta) was on the verge of FDA's decision, Thera's radio silence and poor PR caused all large inverstors (i.e. hedge funds, instituions...) to panic and dump all their shares.
As a result, Thera was sued and endured the next 5 years in courts defending itself and spending millions in attorneys' fees.

Why is it that Thera managment could never learn its lesson? A simple Conference call would have saved it from all these headaches and expenses, and most importantly, its reputation.

It is a question of business culture. Theratechnologies has a proven track record of lack of communication and fiduciary duties towards its shareholders. All the members of the Thera Fan Club know this. Nothing here to complain about....
