Share consolidation

Clock is ticking. One more quarter to go before forced share consolidation. Expect 3:1 or 4:1 ratio. Since there shouldn't be any extraordinary news in the next 3-6 months, better to wait after share consolidation to buy again. Could get evem cheaper.

It will chop in half again if they do that. Still they will do it because the board will tell then that it's the good thing to do. They won't care much because they will vote themselves a new batch next year and on and on. For the long term shareholder ift wil be death by dilution. I hope not... I pray not.

Well, in a few weeks we will hear on 1st quarter sales which they've already said were on target. Half the jump is price related so it only takes converting a percentage of both therapies patients to retain the program and then have some net adds - that seems to be what has been happening over the last 2 years. That will start the process of rebuilding a thesis around sales and cost ...more
