If it's posted on a Friday after market closed then it must not be that good ????

It means they have accumulated more than 10% of the float and that it might signal a Takover bid.

They own 10.01%. Seems like a deliberate attempt to go over the 10% mark with a 7000 share purchase. Is there a reason to do that? Provoke a reaction?

If so, that should be a good thing. But the news use the word "warning" rather than "notification" makes me nervous.

It is a Canadian filing and it is from November 2022. One possible explanation is they didn't realize they had to file this and are just getting around to it. So it is more a late filing than an early one, if that guess is right. But what is going on that Soleus just realized they should have made this filing earlier? Did their lawyer just accidentally stumble over this requirement or are

In fact they dont own 10.1%.That would happen only if and when they exercise the warrants which are way  out of the money at this time. Appears to be non consequential based on what we know but we dont know everything!!!

It signals the existance of a player that is above the common share holder in terms of understanding science, biotech and finance.  It also signal they might want a seat on board to better control what's going on overthere. Hope they are working on something that will end it asap.  I don't want to front the next big thing that won't happen again in a couple of years.
