I would push back some (similar to joemare) on their talent, I think their big pharma careers may have been a byproduct of a structure well funded pharma that could mask their lack of ability or had underlings that made some good plays trying to make name for themselves, on their own they have not shown any value. Marathon has 5 million warrants priced at $1.45 so they are aligned witht us as long as the situation with THTX does not devolve into a situation where the company sales collapse and Marathon is left to finding whatever funds it can to get its principal repaid. Say TH-1902 gets good results in the restarted trial and the stock jumps to $5 per share, something which clearly could occur, Marathon

I don't disagree with much of this, but Marathon got a freebie in terms of upside with warrants.  Let's not be fooled in that their number one priority is to get repaid first.  On the inventory front, they've already given warning that they'll likely have an issue with existing inventory that "might" expire.  It likely will.  I understood the customer

Those freebie warrants may prove to be a blessing in disguise for us as it does alter the incentives for Marathon in a meaningful way and aligns them more with common shareholders interests, assumeing the situation at THTX does not totally fall apart. I see no evidence at the moment that it is totally falling apart and note that Marathon undoubtedly extended the $20 million knowing THTX would fall
