It might be wishfull thinking but it has to be a possibility.  Clues are the reverse split to keep Nasdaq listing for some good reason, Marathon frendly waver, the radio silence sinne of market dislocation, the comments made on Q2 call regarding accredetive product acquisition deal.  All that in the middle of another near death experience for the who indepted biotech market.  The

I may be interpreting this wrong but the newly released Coporate Presentation is like a Term Sheet to be presented to eventual acquirer(s/partners ) in whole or in part ..... They will reduce expenses to the minimum until resolution

Palinc, How do you see us shareholder fairing in your possible scenarios? What do you think the worst case or best case might be?

Worst case we get completely wiped out...if sales dont contribute  enough to reach  positive Ebitda ....They have forecasted that sales would reach a high enough  level to generate enough cash,,,I am cautiously optimistic that the guidance will be met,.. If the positive EBITDA is met then we should at least triple or quadruple the SP and more Signing deals with partners would have a

Quadruple PPS would be CAD $5.32/share or $1.33/share pre-split.  So, about where we were a couple of months ago. Call me crazy but I would like at least CAD $7/share pre-split (basically $28/share)

Quadrupling would bring market cap to 100 million just based on positive ebitda..... There has been a lot of technical damage ..... time can heal everyting but not overnight without some major positive news You are not crazy and far from it but logic seems to be out of the equation at this moment All I want now are steps that go up versus steps that go down and down

Digging through the couch last nigt looking for any spare change to invest in Thera today. At this point thinking that if I still believe in Thera it's time to average down, how much worse can it get? wait dont answer that please.

Look at the corporate presentation! Nothing is cooking! In the partnership section, there is not a single mention of that ever evasive Chinese company or anything at all.  As for TH1902, "once the phase 1 has resumed...". No target date! The Company probably has 15 million in cash left with 60 million in debt and a market cap below 30 million as of today. Who cares about the

The problem is that they never met any guidance in the history of the company and many market watchers are saying they cut expenses too late and not enough... heads need to be flying overthere and fast.  The CEO is a total waste of money.. start there.

More likely bankruptcy filing coming soon. If the BOD and management team were postive about their earnings or a possible signing of a deal, then there would be a lot of insider buying....look at the insider buying....pretty nonexistent.
