I suspect it will peter out later in the day and be taken nagative by some ocult seller 5 minutes before the close.  Ain't we used to it by now.

All this insider buying was something I hoped to see years ago.  I don't think it's too little to late.  Leadership and BOD are sitting on too many options they can't exercise until the SP goes up and the fact they are buying now really makes me feel they either feel the company is way undervalued and buying before next financials are released or getting ready to sell this
