DAWSON and WRIGHT can buy Maurel's shares

Do not also forget another choice that TID has.

Walter and Wright can afford to pay $10 million to buy the 109 million shares of Maurel at C$0.10
There is no question about this.

Walter has sold 3 companies thus far for a total price tag of more than $1 billion. He and Wright have deep pockets, and they have friends with deep pockets who can definitely pay 10 cents tomorrow for Maurel's shares.

Then they will increase their stakes, they will inject $10 million cash in TID, and the installement will be paid.

One would think they would have done that by now, long time ago, so maybe they're not going to chace good money after bad!

NO one will buy til the debt is taken care of. Do not be surprised to see the halt stay on til Feb 4th

I would love to see TID halted until Feb 4th. Any precedent for halting a stock while in forebearance?  We're only talking about 5-6 trading days.
