and why the forbearance in that case? CS is onboard since few months and it was possible to go straight to bankruptcy

could be an agreement for ''non official forbearance'' with some conditions... but it will not help the SP neither shareholders ...just another chance to get things in order

Could also just simply be that they recieved the 5.5m from Petroamazonas and payed CS the Quarterly payment today.

All that is left to do, I think, is wait and keep faith that Walter Dawson and Donald Wright's interests are well aligned with our own through their large holding of Tuscany shares.

I agree, there is no since is us continuing to speculate. Let's wait it out and see what happens.
