Some info on delisting and what it means

You may want to read this.

Delisting occurs, in part, because of a loss of confidence among investors and exchange rules. It may just as well be delisted as it won't move at all in value. Once restructuring is complete and a company emerges from chapter 11, confidence is restored and listing can be reinstated.

what about this  fact "In the overwhelming majority of cases, the Chapter 11 plan, when confirmed, terminates the shares of the company, rendering shares valueless."

Would the cancellation of shareholder equity have been mentioned in the news release or is that still a possibilty? I am perfectly okay with waiting this out until they emerge from restructuring. I think we will do quite well if this is the case (albeit if your avg postion is close to the SP of the last few months).
