The opinions and unsubstanceuated GARBAGE some of you NA SAYERS THINK you know is a Bleep  Bleeping  JOKE !!!!!!! About ch11, don't ever Kidd yourself about the judge EVER NOT Considering the Common share holder!!!! How Dare you NA Sayers post other wise!!!! In this situation anyway, because of NET WORTH!!! If and when the judge sees the VALUE going forward and sees REAL Value in ANY COMPANY,shareholders will be PROTECTED!!! They give the Company a FAIR Chance to Work things out!!

Rivergreen is just plain right. Just use common sense people. If bankcrupty laws were so bent in favor of the big guys, Canada and the US would be bankcrupted. This is not Russia or China.

The entire venture capital industry would be out of business without the protection of those laws. Common shareholders invest knowing that they are not systematically puting their heads on a log. Once in a while, you hear an horror story about a company entering chapter 11 and not coming out of it alive, but how many other companies emerge sucessfully and stronger... a great number of them.
