Shareholder Class Action Lawsuit

For you guys that are pissed off and want to intervene, consider a Shareholder Class Action Lawsuit. There are firms of attorneys in the USA that specialize in this type of work and they will do it on a contingency fee basis, which means they take a good chunk of the reward, but you guys won't have to pay any fees.

I used to know the name of a firm that did this, but it's slipped my memory. If you google around I'm sure you can find some.

The company may have Directors and Officers Liability Insurance which pays out on these types of claims plus some of the directors have deep pockets. Even if you don't collect much it won't cost you anything and will sure scare the sh*t out of Dawson et al.

If you contrast the comments made during the 3rd quarter conference call with the statements filed with the court there was obviously several misrepresentations made during the conference call. Specifically "there is no impairment of asset values". Thats lawsuit material.

One note, if you bought your shares after the Jan 24 press release which talked about bankruptcy filing I doubt you could participate in a class action lawsuit since you had prior warning. Other than that, go for it. Good luck.

Lets not jump into hiring attorneys and giving away our recovery just yet.  Lets see if othecase's letter gets them to adjust their approachh and increase the recovery.
