Sorry for my ignorance, but is CS buying the 106 M shares @ .13. I thought when you purchase more than20% it became a takeover bid. Thanks for all your comments, add 145000 more to your list sorry missed the call

No. As best we can tell CS is planning on taking over all the assets in return for forgiveness of debt. THis will leave the unsecureds and the shareholders with nothing.
