Hi Popps, if you look at the top of the screen there is an orange bar, there is an envelope symbol, click on that and you should be able to send a message to onthecase

Thanks, hon, I tried that several times prior to squealing for help.  Even tried adding onthecase to my contact list, but to no avail.   Don't know if it's 'cause I'm in the US, but I'm getting impatient.  Popps

Perhaps a silly question, but did you check your outbox to see if a message was sent?  I was a tad confused when sending my first message, thinking it was never sent, when it actually was.

just find one of his posts, click on user action and select send message.
