Strategic Moves
As this process is moving quickly, we should be mindful of the content and information details posted on this site. Since this is a high stakes play for millions of dollars of TID assets, we should be very aware that CS et al will assign a junior lawyer or paralegal to monitor these sites for valuable information to then devise a counter strategy. They already have been planning this out for some time with a strong legal team to make sure their claim to TID assets is diligently defended . After all- 10's if not 100's of millions are at stake. If you have tangible evidence, perhaps send it directly to "onthecase" or "FullBlast". These guys (and team) are doing an incredible job for us all.
