Was TSX wrong to provide the exemption to the board?
Was the special committee really independant?
"The Company's application to rely on the TSX Exemption was made upon the unanimous recommendation of a special committee (the "Special Committee") of the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company, comprised of Donald Wright, Herb Snowdon and William Dorson, all of whom are members of the Board and independent of any interest in M&P or the Transaction."
