Time is of the essence - ACT NOW
Fellow shareholders -
I won't rehash was has been communicated by onthecase. He has effecitvely laid out the details for your review.
I will however mention, that we are not only fighting for our rights, but we are also fighting time. TID and CS are trying to ram this through the courts as fast as possible.
Some aditional comments have come forth on the SA website (on the heels of Value Diggers article) that bring to light how quickly we have to act.
I would encourage all of you who are thinking about funding this effort to
ACT NOW
If not, TID will act on your behalf and we will all be left pennyless. Walter and his merry band will be up and running before we all know what happened.
It only takes a minute, but the commitment ensures our rights are being looked after.
