Florence

Hate to say it folks but it looks as though people are expecting bad news from Florence. I wonder if the drought in the Southwest is going to be a factor? Not bashing just thinking too much.

Hey d. Drought through all the west na is affecting much. But not flor. The little bit of water flor uses is not surface water. They r already permitted. Lets supose stu is telling the truth and it is epa internal stuff.  that simply means, department a sends the data to department b and department b sends it to department c. Haters are going to hate, worriers are going to worry. Not saying that's you DH, human nature. The pros are loving these times, grabbing cheaper shares all the way down until September. I'm not worried about the permit in the least.

this thing getting political is my great concern.  That has to be handled through PR.  I still do not think that Taseko is selling Florence as a "green" way of mining.  They are talking about it, but it needs to be marketed. They actually need to hire a PR company and run advertising.  this will do two things.  It will influence regulators by putting Florence ...more

YOu do not run a PR campaign through 45 minute power point productions.  PR is done with 5-10 videos on youtube, instagram etc.  It is done through 1 minute TV and radio ads, in magazines and elsewhere.  All of it needs to focus on ONE thing.  Not profitibility, not all the pipelines, not company history.  It has to focus on the future need for copper because of EV's ...more
