Your reference to $3.12 copper by Aug 09,  are you reffering to copper metal price?  That would be a blow, down from present day $4.30 to $3.12  Nearly a 30% drop.

my bad Copper; yes, I meant $4.12 of course. I shouldn't post while watching TV and playing with my grandson.
