It looks like he will keep on until he is done. I am guessing he will cease his directorship as well. 

His health could be failing. Marriage things will cause liquidation issues. I hope neither of those. The market does not appear spooked. He simply took the same road I took.

Russ used to b on management on the bwcg nib project. He left in favor of looking after the gib expansion. Now that the new geological interpritation has been proven and so upside now 10 times or more and the discoveries on the ak side of golden triangle, I could c him investing heavy at early stage like I have. If so, hopefully, he invests enough to become an insider and we would know on filing.
