can u imagine

a large low grade copper porphory with nuton tech. Lets say .1%. Something like 20 billion tons of tko perimiter and waste rock. 

So tko is big up because crushers owned already with mine fleet in place.
If just doing waste rock like lion is to start, then no trucks and shovels needed.

Small workforce. A few million for crushers. Just crush, pile and leach. Low carbon footprint. Low capex. Low c1. Proven tech going to commercial now.

Ame appears to b on the edge of what could prove to be the largest porphory on the planet and the nuton tech will certainly up the value. 

Some may say, the bad thing is it will fill the copper demand. Isnt tgat really a good thing?

 How long do you think it would take for Abacus to get Willow operational?  10 years?  Sounds very optimistic.  20?   the Nuton tech would help.  So, with this tech, I am assuming you could scrub the tailings and then put it all back in the hole it came from to begin with.  I would think there would be some environmental benefit to that.

It is hard to say how long to get willow to production? It has the good fortune to be in a district zone specifically for mining by gov. legislation. They will likely throw a couple more holes in this summer. My guess is that they will hit the porphory center. Then they will need to jv with a rio or hudbay to raise cash to drill it out. Rio partnered with lion next to willow. They already have ...more
